Sustainable tourism development is a type of tourism that leads to the management of all resources in a manner that meets the needs of current tourists and host communities without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. The development of the tourism industry in Alashtar, without a proper tourism development planning framework, may result in irreparable damage and losses. In recent years, tourism in Alashtar has experienced a decline in tourist attraction. This study has been formed with the aim of examining the tourism industry’s impact on sustainable urban development in the city of Alashtar. The research method is descriptive-analytical, and the data were collected through library and documentary methods, as well as by using a questionnaire. The statistical population of the research includes two groups: experts and residents of the city of Alashtar. The sample size consisted of 20 experts and 383 residents. For experts, the sampling was done using purposive judgmental sampling, and for residents, simple random sampling was applied. The results of this study indicated that the economic role component in the tourism industry had the highest impact intensity, with a value of 0.713, while the environmental role had the lowest impact, with a value of 0.221. Upon examining the forthcoming strategies, it was found that the selected strategy is one of revision or adaptation. This strategy essentially aims to minimize weaknesses and activate existing opportunities.</p> <p>گردشگری شهری عاملی بسیار مهم در توسعۀ شهرها محسوب می‌شود، زیرا نیروی زیادی برای جذب  گردشگران  دارد. توسعه پایدار گردشگری نوعی از گردشگری است که به مدیریت تمامی منابع منجر می‌کردد و نیاز گردشگران فعلی و جامعه میزبان را بدون خطر انداختن نسل آینده تامین می‌کند. توسـعه صنعت گردشگری الشتر بـدون داشتن چارچوب برنامه ریزی صحیح  توسعه گردشگری سبب آسیب و زیان‌های جبران ناپـذیری خواهد شـد، در سال‌های اخیر گردشگری الشتر با کاهش جذب گردشگر مواجه شده است.رساله حاضر با هدف ﺑﺮﺭﺳﻲ صنعتﮔﺮﺩﺷﮕﺮﻱ بر توسعه پایدار شهری شهر الشتر شکل گرفته است. روش تحقیق به صورت توصیفی - تحلیلی بوده و داده‌های تحقیق به روش کتابخانه‌ای و اسنادی و با استفاده از پرسشنامه جمع‌آوری شده است. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل دو بخش متخصصان و ساکنین شهروند شهر الشتر می‌باشد که حجم نمونه آماری متخصصان20 نفر و ساکنین شهروند383می باشد که برای متخصصان بصورت هدفمند قضاوتی و برای شهر وندان بصورت تصادفی ساده توزیع گردید. نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که دارد بیشترین شدت تاثیر مربوط به مولفه نقش اقتصادی در صنعت گردشگری با مقدار 713/0 می‌باشد و کمترین تاثیر مربوط به نقش زیست محیطی در صنعت گردشگری با مقدار221/0 می‌باشد و با بررسی راهبردهای پیش رو مشخص گردید راهبرد انتخابی همان بازنگری یا انطباقی است. این راهبرد در واقع حداقل کردن نقاط ضعف و همچنین به فعلیت در آوردن نقاط فرصت است.</p> https://www.jmaaue.org/index.php/jmaaue/article/download/36/70
