باززنده‌سازی مرکز محله فیض کاشان با رویکرد وفاق اجتماعی؛ از ساماندهی فضایی تا توانمندسازی اجتماع محلی

چکیده

هدف پژوهش، تدوین چارچوبی زمینه‌محور برای باززنده‌سازی مرکز محله فیض (میدان سنگ) کاشان و بافت مسکونی پیرامون آن با تأکید بر تقویت وفاق اجتماعی و پیوند هم‌زمان مداخلات فضایی و توانمندسازی اجتماع محلی بود. این پژوهش کیفی و کاربردی با راهبرد نظریه زمینه‌ای نظام‌مند و تحلیل مکمل SWOT انجام شد. داده‌ها از طریق 12 مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته با صاحب‌نظران معماری، شهرسازی، مرمت، جامعه‌شناسی شهری و مدیریت اجرایی گردآوری شد. مشارکت‌کنندگان به‌صورت هدفمند و گلوله‌برفی انتخاب شدند و اشباع نظری معیار کفایت نمونه بود. داده‌ها با کدگذاری باز، محوری و گزینشی و با استفاده از MAXQDA 2020 تحلیل شدند؛ سپس مقولات حاصل در ماتریس SWOT تلفیق شدند تا جهت‌گیری راهبردی مناسب برای باززنده‌سازی محدوده تعیین شود. تحلیل زمینه‌ای نشان داد وفاق اجتماعی سازه‌ای چندبعدی با ابعاد شناختی، عاطفی، رفتاری و فضایی است و بازتولید آن به تجربه مشترک مکان، تعاملات روزمره، حس تعلق و مشارکت محلی وابسته است. مدل نهایی، «باززنده‌سازی وفاق‌محور مرکز محله به‌مثابه بازسازی هم‌زمان پیوندهای فضایی و اجتماعی» را به‌عنوان مقوله هسته‌ای شناسایی کرد. تحلیل SWOT با مقادیر IFE=2.60 و EFE=1.85، محدوده را در موقعیت راهبردی رقابتی (ST) قرار داد؛ بنابراین بهره‌گیری از سرمایه اجتماعی چندنسلی و هویت تاریخی برای مقابله با تعارض نهادی، تخلیه سکونتی و گسست فضایی مناسب‌ترین جهت‌گیری تشخیص داده شد. باززنده‌سازی پایدار مرکز محله فیض مستلزم تلفیق بازسازی کالبدی با تقویت روابط اجتماعی، حکمرانی یکپارچه و توانمندسازی ساکنان است؛ بنابراین وفاق اجتماعی باید نه پیامد جانبی مداخله، بلکه هدف و سازوکار محوری برنامه‌های باززنده‌سازی تلقی شود.
