استراتژی‌های تأثیرگذار در اقتصاد هنرهای تجسمی ایران (با تأکید بر استراتژی‌های سطح وظیفه‌ای)

چکیده

هدف این پژوهش، شناسایی و تحلیل استراتژی‌های سطح وظیفه‌ای مؤثر بر اقتصاد هنرهای تجسمی ایران و ارائه راهکارهایی برای بهبود عملکرد اقتصادی این حوزه است. پژوهش حاضر از نظر روش، توصیفی–تحلیلی و از نظر هدف، کاربردی است. جامعه مورد مطالعه شامل هنرمندان هنرهای تجسمی، مدیران گالری‌ها و موزه‌ها، کارشناسان قیمت‌گذاری و اصالت آثار هنری، سرمایه‌گذاران، مجموعه‌داران، بازاریابان هنری و سایر فعالان حوزه اقتصاد هنر بوده است. گردآوری داده‌ها از طریق مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای، بررسی مقالات علمی، کتاب‌های تخصصی، گزارش‌های پژوهشی و منابع معتبر داخلی و خارجی انجام شد. سپس با بهره‌گیری از تحلیل محتوا، استراتژی‌های مؤثر در شش حوزه اصلی شامل بازاریابی، تحقیق و توسعه، تولید و عملیات، سیستم‌های اطلاعاتی، مالی و منابع انسانی استخراج و طبقه‌بندی گردیدند. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که در حوزه بازاریابی، استفاده از مدل تلفیقی «5P-4C» می‌تواند اثربخشی فعالیت‌های بازاریابی هنرهای تجسمی را افزایش دهد. در حوزه تحقیق و توسعه، حرکت به سمت پژوهش‌های عمل‌محور، استودیویی و مبتنی بر خلاقیت هنری نقش مهمی در توسعه دانش هنری دارد. در بخش تولید و عملیات، بهره‌گیری از فناوری‌های نوین، هنر دیجیتال، چاپ سه‌بعدی و تولید مبتنی بر ایده موجب افزایش کیفیت و بهره‌وری شده است. همچنین، فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات از طریق رسانه‌های اجتماعی، پلتفرم‌های آنلاین، بلاک‌چین و هوش مصنوعی فرصت‌های تازه‌ای برای بازاریابی، فروش و تعامل با مخاطبان فراهم کرده است. در حوزه مالی، توسعه سرمایه‌گذاری خصوصی، بازارهای آنلاین هنر، برندینگ هنرمندان و گردشگری هنری از عوامل مؤثر بر رشد اقتصادی هنرهای تجسمی شناخته شدند. در نهایت، استراتژی‌های منابع انسانی شامل آموزش مستمر، حمایت از خلاقیت، ایجاد محیط کاری پویا و تقویت مهارت‌های مدیریتی، نقش تعیین‌کننده‌ای در توسعه پایدار این صنعت دارند. نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که توسعه اقتصاد هنرهای تجسمی ایران مستلزم اتخاذ رویکردی جامع و یکپارچه در حوزه استراتژی‌های سطح وظیفه‌ای است. هم‌افزایی میان بازاریابی نوین، فناوری‌های دیجیتال، سرمایه‌گذاری هدفمند، پژوهش‌های خلاقانه و مدیریت منابع انسانی می‌تواند زمینه رشد پایدار، افزایش درآمد هنرمندان، ارتقای جایگاه بین‌المللی هنر ایران و تقویت هویت فرهنگی کشور را فراهم سازد.
