تحلیل تحولات سازمان فضایی و محرمیت در خانههای تاریخی و معاصر فردوس: رویکرد نحو فضا (Space Syntax) به سوی الگویی برای مسکن معاصر

هدف این پژوهش تحلیل کمی تحولات سازمان فضایی و نظام محرمیت در خانههای شهر فردوس از دوره قاجار تا دوران معاصر و ارائه الگویی مفهومی برای طراحی مسکن معاصر مبتنی بر هویت بومی و متناسب با نیازهای جدید زندگی است. این پژوهش با روش تطبیقی–تحلیلی و رویکرد کمی نحو فضا انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل 11 خانه تاریخی متعلق به دوره قاجار و 10 خانه معاصر در شهر فردوس بود. دادهها از طریق برداشت میدانی، مستندسازی معماری و ترسیم پلانها گردآوری و در نرمافزار DepthmapX مدلسازی شدند. شاخصهای همپیوندی، عمق، کنترل، اتصال، سیرکولاسیون حرکتی و بینظمی بصری برای تمامی نمونهها محاسبه و تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد که سازمان فضایی خانههای فردوس از یک ساختار همگن، سلسلهمراتبی و حریممحور در دوره تاریخی به ساختاری چندپاره و قطبیشده در دوره معاصر تحول یافته است. میانگین همپیوندی در خانههای معاصر افزایش و میانگین عمق کاهش یافته که بیانگر گرایش به فضاهای بازتر است. با این حال، افزایش قابل توجه انحراف معیار شاخصها نشاندهنده شکلگیری قطبهای متضاد فضایی و افزایش تنوع الگوهای سازمان فضایی است. تحلیل عملکردی فضاها نیز آشکار ساخت که فضاهای جمعی مانند نشیمن و پذیرایی دسترسپذیرتر و بازتر شدهاند، در حالی که فضاهای خصوصی نظیر اتاق خواب و سرویسهای بهداشتی عمیقتر، منزویتر و دارای محرمیت بیشتری شدهاند. این یافتهها مؤید گذار از یک نظام یکپارچه حریممحور به راهبردهای گزینشی و عملکردگرا در تأمین محرمیت است. یافتههای پژوهش نشان میدهد که تحول معماری مسکونی فردوس نه به سوی حذف محرمیت، بلکه به سمت بازتعریف آن در قالب الگوهای متنوع و عملکردمحور حرکت کرده است. بر این اساس، الگوی پیشنهادی «سلسلهمراتب متعادل و انعطافپذیر» ارائه شد که بر ایجاد هستههای چندلایه حریمی، استفاده از فضاهای واسط، تفکیک محرمیت متناسب با نوع فعالیت و تلفیق ملاحظات اقلیمی و اجتماعی تأکید دارد. این الگو میتواند مبنایی برای طراحی مسکن معاصر با حفظ هویت بومی و پاسخگویی به نیازهای زندگی امروز باشد.
