تبیین منطق عملکردی نمای لووردار در اقلیم گرم و خشک؛ واکاوی نقش نسبت پنجره به دیوار و زاویه لوور در موازنه بار حرارتی و روشنایی روز ساختمان‌های اداری کرمان

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف تبیین سلسله‌مراتب اثرگذاری نسبت پنجره به دیوار (WWR) و زاویه تیغه‌های لوور افقی (Alpha) بر موازنه میان شدت سالانه بار گرمایش–سرمایش و عملکرد روشنایی روز در نمای جنوبی یک سلول اداری در اقلیم گرم و خشک کرمان انجام شد. این پژوهش با رویکردی کمی، شبیه‌سازی‌محور، پارامتریک و چندهدفه انجام شد. فضای طراحی از ترکیب تمام‌فاکتوریل چهار متغیر WWR، Alpha، Offset و Spacing تشکیل شد و در مجموع 640 سناریو ایجاد گردید. مدل‌سازی کالبدی در DesignBuilder، محاسبات حرارتی با EnergyPlus و ارزیابی روشنایی روز با Radiance انجام شد و داده‌های حاصل در محیط R ممیزی و تحلیل شدند. شاخص حرارتی شامل شدت سالانه مجموع بار گرمایش–سرمایش و شاخص‌های روشنایی شامل sDA، UDI و ASE بود. تحلیل حساسیت جهانی بر پایه مدل‌های افزایشی تعمیم‌یافته (GAM) و اهمیت جایگشتی انجام شد و سپس بهینه‌سازی چندهدفه پارتو برای شناسایی پاسخ‌های غیرمغلوب به کار رفت. تحلیل حساسیت نشان داد WWR با اهمیت نسبی 86.9 درصد برای بار گرمایش–سرمایش و 63.2 درصد برای sDA، متغیر غالب در تعیین رفتار حرارتی و کفایت کمی نور روز بود. در مقابل، Alpha با اهمیت نسبی 58.4 درصد برای ASE و 63.4 درصد برای UDI، بیشترین نقش را در کاهش مواجهه مستقیم خورشیدی و افزایش سهم روشنایی مفید داشت. در شاخص ASE، سهم WWR برابر 39.2 درصد و در sDA سهم Alpha برابر 34.6 درصد بود. بهینه‌سازی چندهدفه نیز 44 سناریوی غیرمغلوب پارتو را شناسایی کرد. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد طراحی بهینه نمای لووردار حاصل بیشینه‌سازی سطح شفاف یا انسداد حداکثری تابش نیست، بلکه به هماهنگی سلسله‌مراتبی میان میزان گشودگی پوسته و نحوه پالایش تابش وابسته است. WWR عمدتاً ظرفیت مواجهه حرارتی و نورگیری را تعیین می‌کند، در حالی که Alpha نقش اصلی را در کنترل کیفی تابش و روشنایی مفید بر عهده دارد؛ ازاین‌رو، این دو متغیر باید به‌صورت همزمان و مکمل در طراحی عملکردمحور نما لحاظ شوند.
